Staff members returning from travel to foreign countries are to refrain from coming to the office for 14 days – starting the date of their return to Canada.
Staff members who are experiencing cold or flu symptoms are to refrain from coming into the office.
Staff members are to refrain from coming into the office if they or someone who lives with them test positive for the coronavirus, for 14 days.
Increased hand washing plus decreased face touching.
We are wiping down office door handles, table tops, reception desks, phone receivers, and computer mice with antiviral/antibacterial disinfectant between guests, and before closing the office each day.
We always look forward to greeting the guests who visit our office, but may refrain from shaking hands, and keep a wider distance, in order to protect you & your family.
Encourage the use of digital signature programs – for your benefit.
Buyers & Sellers: we understand that Buyers still want/ need to buy and Sellers still want / need to sell. We have advised our agents to ensure they are disinfecting their hands, and that they are opening all doors for potential buyers while in your property. We have asked that our agents ensure potential buyers do not touch surfaces in your home – this protects them as well. Property keys, key fobs and key chains are being disinfected upon return to the office. As in the past, we will continue to provide floor plans, strata plans, parking plans, along with concise professional photos to accurately the special features of your particular property to discuss with potential Buyers.
