Hello from Re/Max Alpine at Sun Peaks!
You’ve likely heard that businesses at Sun Peaks are beginning to re-open (cautiously). This includes us at Re/Max Alpine. We are looking forward to seeing you again! We also feel that the process of supporting local businesses may feel a bit confusing right now. Here’s what we are planning.
Protecting public health is our North Star. We’ve spent the past few weeks figuring out the best procedures for cleaning, sanitizing, and booking appointments. Clients like you helped us build this business, so we want to ensure you feel safe at all times. So, if we’ve happened to overlook any part of the careful reopening process, feel free to let us know!
Our office is open daily, from 10 am to 3 pm. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Our office capacity has been reduced to 6 people at one time (including your Real Estate Professional). Alternatively, and just like before, we are available 24/7 by email.
Once you have booked your appointment, you might be wondering: What’s this going to look like?
I’ve made an appointment at the office: upon arrival, please proceed to the front door (facing the 3 way stop) and call the office at 250-578-8222 to be let in. You will be asked to sanitize your hands, and we are happy to provide you with a disposable mask, if desired. We are fortunate to have a very spacious showroom, so maintaining that social distancing of 2 meters while meeting with your Real Estate Professional should be a snap.
I’m scheduled to view a few properties: please arrive at the designated property at the agreed upon time in your own vehicle. As much as we enjoy the in-car “get to know you “ride, and shaking your hand, we will have to save that for a later date. Your agent will arrive equipped with sanitizer, gloves & masks, and will be the one to open all doors and turn on light switches, as to minimize your surface contact.
Of course, if you wake up feeling ill on the day of your appointment, we ask that you stay home and take care of yourself.
We fully expect that some of these processes may change over the summer, and that we are continually adjusting our operating model to comply with Public Health Orders and Work Safe BC directives. Again, we welcome your feedback – just respond to this email!
Until we see each other again, stay well and be kind.
Best,
Lark, Bill & Jill
